Danny is naturally analytical and thrives on turning ideas into action. He has a strong understanding of how different strengths, work styles and personalities complement one another, and he enjoys creating adaptive, agile working environments that encourage co‑operation and productivity. Danny believes in focusing energy on what you do best, considering it far wiser to build on natural strengths rather than dilute effort elsewhere. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and takes every opportunity to get outdoors and stay active.
Kat
Kat joined our team in 2013 after studying Mathematics at Manchester Metropolitan University and gained valuable experience working in our competitive sales environment. What began as a temporary position quickly developed into a full‑time role thanks to her strong work ethic and natural ability to communicate clearly and confidently. Known for her excellent problem‑solving skills and approachable manner, Kat always goes the extra mile to support both landlords and tenants, helping resolve queries quickly and efficiently. And in true Kat fashion, she brings a fun, memorable touch to the team, proudly owning her unique attribute of having size 12 feet.
Jenny
Jenny brings over 12 years of experience in property management and sales, giving her a strong understanding of the lettings industry and the needs of both tenants and landlords. After gaining valuable insight working with other letting and estate agencies, she re‑joined our team in 2025, returning to an environment where her professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail truly shine. Jenny plays a key role in ensuring our portfolio is consistently well presented and efficiently run. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys walking in the Lake District and spending time with her partner, making the most of the beautiful scenery and relaxed pace away from the office.
Victoria
Victoria works closely with our front‑line property teams to help achieve key business goals and support the smooth running of our student lettings service. One of her passions is bringing people together — whether that’s helping students form new groups to rent a house or sharing opportunities with landlords while collaborating with stakeholders such as the University and Private Sector Housing. Her approachable nature and strong communication skills make her a valuable link between students, landlords and partner organisations. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, listening to live music, and once a year proudly joins the “in‑competent sailing crew,” adding a fun and memorable twist to her many talents.
Louise
Louise joined us after many years working within her family‑run business, bringing valuable experience and a strong understanding of what makes a welcoming and well‑prepared home. She is responsible for ensuring all our properties are ready for new tenants, carrying out detailed checks so our student accommodation consistently meets high standards. With a clear insight into what students want from their homes in Chester, Louise helps us create comfortable, reliable living spaces that support modern student life. Her daughter and family are incredibly important to her, giving her both personal and professional insight into creating safe, supportive environments, a quality that makes her an invaluable member of our Chester Student Lets team.
Luke
Luke works closely with our sales department and plays a key front‑of‑house role within the business. He manages contracts and handles much of the behind‑the‑scenes administration that keeps the sales team running smoothly. Luke is also the friendly face who heads out with our tenants, helping them explore suitable properties and ensuring they feel supported throughout their search. If you spot him out and about, don’t forget to give him a wave! In addition to his core responsibilities, Luke has taken over managing our social media channels, helping grow our online following. When he’s not at work, Luke enjoys going out with his friends and looks forward to a summer camping trip each year.
