If you’re looking to take all the hassle out of renting your property from start to finish, including finding a tenant, responding to repairs, and check out, while still gaining an excellent return, then this is the service for you.
As a premium landlord, you receive special perks:
- Properties can be filtered by CSL Premium, and also carry a CSL stamp of approval on your property image
- All tenants signing up for our premium service receive a CSL key fob when they arrive at their new home, giving them access to discounts across Chester
If you select this package, we’ll be happy to keep you as involved in the management as you want to be.
We know some landlords are looking for a happy medium between agency management and self-management, which is why we created the plus service. This is for you if you want support for rent collection and fielding repairs, but provides a more cost effective option if you want to fulfil repairs yourself.
Whilst many of our landlords are looking for someone to lift the weight off their shoulders entirely, we do provide services to individuals who enjoy the challenge of everyday lettings. If this sounds like you, then you’d love our basic service. We find and check your tenants & guarantors, and then you take the reigns, whilst still benefiting from our advice and guidance throughout the year.
Perhaps you have found your tenants or have a group that are renewing, but want to ensure that you’re setting up your tenancy properly? Then our paperwork only option gives you this flexibility.
Though we do tend to offer our services in the above packages, we know that each individual landlords’ needs are different. That’s why we’re happy to discuss bespoke packages which are entirely customised to your requirements.
