I have been a student landlord in Chester for over nine years and pride myself on offering students high-quality accommodation. Joining Chester Student Lets fulfilled this and gave me a place where I can interact with them and the tenants effectively.
The two years spent at 82 Gladstone Road were pleasurable, a nice comforting home, with excellent landlords who were extremely good. Whenever that house had any maintenance issues the landlords would have the problem sorted within 48hours. A nice spacious house close to the university and all local amenities close by.
The service I have experienced with Chester Student Lets has been nothing short of brilliant. The team they have (Vicky Wilcock in particular) are always so welcoming and quick to deal with any concerns and queries that I’ve had. Thank you for always being super helpful.
